Evergreen Ever-Prime products are made from thin MDF boards that are cut into door sizes and Prime Coated or Light/Deep Embossed. 4' x 8' sizes, paint coated with various colours & finished with Amino/PU Top Coat or UV Coat are also available. Our Coated MDF is ideal for the general panelling industry and used worldwide for an unlimited range of applications including door skins, drawer bottoms, interior furniture, and cabinets. It is also environmentally-friendly as we only use a Water Based Primer/Surfacer that meets international environmental standards.

In addition to standard prime coated MDF, we also offer High Density Prime Sealed Fibreboard Door Skins which are more resistant to moisture and have excellent dimensional stability. Results below show that our Sealed HDF (Chart A) performs better than Hardboards and other conventional MUF Boards (Melamine Urea Formaldehyde) in all thickness swelling, water absorption, and linear expansion tests.
